Being your child's advocate means you are their voice when they are not able to speak for themselves.

All parents advocate for their children but parents of children with special needs require special services and may need to advocate for them in additional ways.

Coastal Kids Advocate provides a unique team approach to meet the end goal of proper services for special needs children.  Our experienced team of professional therapists and attorneys work with you at all stages of your journey through the special education system.

All children are entitled to a Free Appropriate Public Education in the Least Restrictive Environment.  Our team ensures that not only are your child's educational rights protected at each step in the process, our therapists oversee that the proper specialized education services are being provided.

We provide support to families with children who have special needs, such as:

        Autism
Specific learning, developmental, or intellectual disabilities
        ADD/ADHD
        Speech & language
        Orthopedic, visual or hearing impairments
        Emotional disturbance
        Sensory integration disorder

We determine, pursue and ensure that your child is receiving the services that truly meets their needs if the provider cannot or will not do so.

When we negotiate with providers, we promote "win-win" solutions through parental awareness and education.  Our goal is to use strategies and tactics to secure quality services for your child.
